*Holiday is credited here mainly because her recordings of it were released more frequently than anybody else's. I still find her version melodically imprecise; frankly I enjoyed Madeleine Peyroux's version much more, and she has a lot of Holiday's vocal qualities, so to me it's like getting the best of both worlds.
